What Does InteleTravel Need?
In order to conduct an accurate and fair investigation, there are a few things InteleTravel would need before pursuing a claim:
- A screenshot, video, or any concrete proof of the non-compliant source. Include a link to WHERE you found this information if possible so we can review the page/place the non-compliance was found.
- Information on the Advisor themselves – Sometimes online identities or names are different than names in reality. So, if you know the Advisor’s real name and contact information, it will be extremely helpful.
- If in a Facebook group: the official group name and status of the group (whether it is private/closed or an open group).
How Do We Do This?
E-mail Compliance@InteleTravel.com with your Marketing Compliance concerns and include any of the related information listed above.
Last, But Not Least!
Remember, it is very possible that the Advisor posting the information does not know they are saying or publishing something non-compliant. We don’t want you to be the “Bad Guy” so, let InteleTravel communicate any mistakes an Advisor has made and help them rectify the non-compliance. Lastly, rest assured that when we receive a claim, you are protected; we will not reveal your identity or share who our source is. The overall goal here is to PROTECT US ALL and your Travel Business.
