FAQs
What other fees are required upon check-in?
NONE! All taxes and fees are included in your registration and room price. Mexico citizens will be required to pay a 16% VAT (VA) tax in addition to room rate due upon arrival.
Will this event count towards my ‘Vacation Builder’ status?
YES & YES! Not only is this an amazing event for all the fun we will be having, but Agent attendees will get a massive amount of training from over 75 top travel partners (cruise, resorts, air, tours, insurance, excursions & more). So this will definitely qualify you for that next level training!
What is the bed configuration in the rooms?
Rooms and bed configuration cannot be guaranteed. However we will ask you what your “preference is” during check out and we will work with the resort to best accommodate everyone's needs. However, we recommend you are comfortable sharing a king bed with your roommate in the unlikely event that we cannot accommodate your needs.
What days/times do I need to book my RT air?
Please look at the itinerary tab. While this schedule is tentative and may be subject to change, we recommend you book your air using this schedule. Pease allow extra time to get any luggage and clear customs and immigrations on your arrival. While there may be lines or wait times, we suggest you leave enough room so you can make it to the opening party and not miss any portion of the conference.
What if I can no longer attend?
All fees paid including registration fees and room payments are nonrefundable. If you or a guest believe you can no longer attend we recommend you utilize your travel insurance policy or do a name change before next payment date. Name changes are permitted (once per room) at a fee of $50.00 per name change. Please click for PRIMARY AGENT Name Change Form or GUEST Name Change Form. Please complete the form and email forms to InteleTravelQuest@
Missed or Delayed Payments?
In the past InteleTravel has made exceptions to our rule for extenuating circumstances. As of 2023 any missed or late payments will result in full cancelation and loss of all fees paid including registration fees, room payments, and ability to do a name change after missed payment. We have allowed for payment plans, 1 year of planning as well as name changes before payment dates. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

Is Cancun Mexico safe to travel to?
The Yucatán Peninsula, including Cancun, Tulum, and the Riviera, is the safest area of Mexico in 2023, according to the US State Department - especially when staying within a resort, hotel zone, or tourist area. It is still important to take the same precautions you would in any U.S. city such as having a high level of situational awareness, avoiding areas that are not well-lit, and not drawing attention to yourself.
Please make sure to read official news from government sources and take the advice of our trusted travel partners who are heavily invested in these markets and staff on the grounds and at these properties daily, and would never put their staff, their clients, and their business at risk.
