FAQs

Registration Questions:

What other fees are required upon check-in?

All taxes and fees WILL BE ADDED  in your registration and cruise price. We have included all government cruise tax and port charges, as well as pre-paid gratuities AT CHECKOUT. For any additional optional charges, (like upgrades to beverage plan, dining plans, spa treatments etc.) you will be asked for a credit card during online check in ONLY 30-45 DAYS BEFORE CRUISE.

Will this event count towards my ‘Vacation Builder’ status?

YES & YES! Not only is this an amazing event for all the fun we will be having, but Agent attendees will get a massive amount of training from over 75 top travel partners (cruise, resorts, air, tours, insurance, excursions & more). This will definitely qualify you for that next level training!

What days/times do I need to book my RT air?

Please look at the itinerary tab. The cruise ship will not wait to disembark for anyone! Please be sure you arrive at the Miami Terminal with ample time to go through security and check in before the cruise ship departs at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 26.   Ship is set to arrive back in Miami Terminal at 7:00 am on March 3. Please allow extra time to get any luggage and clear customs and immigrations on your arrival back into Miami Terminal. While there may be lines or wait times, we suggest you leave enough time so you don’t miss any scheduled flights. While this schedule is tentative and may be subject to maritime rules, weather and schedule, we recommend you book your air using this schedule.

What if I can no longer attend?

All fees paid including registration fees and cruise payments are nonrefundable. If you or a guest believe you can no longer attend, we recommend you utilize your travel insurance policy or do a name change before the next payment date. Name changes are permitted (once per room) at a fee of $50.00 per name change. Please click for PRIMARY AGENT  Name Change Form or GUEST  Name Change Form.  Please complete the form and email forms to InteleTravelQuest@InteleTravel.com . No name changes after 1/07/25.

Missed or Delayed Payments?

In the past InteleTravel has made exceptions to our rule for extenuating circumstances. As of 2023 any missed or late payments will result in full cancelation and loss of all fees paid including registration fees, room payments, and ability to do a name change after missed payment. We have allowed for payment plans, 1 year of planning as well as name changes before payment dates. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. We strongly recommend Vacation Financing using uplift so you never miss a payment and Travel insurance for any cancelations unforeseen.

When will I get my boarding e-docs?

Your NCL E-docs are required to board the ship and will need to be printed before arriving at terminal. You will need to either Log In or Create a profile for NCL.COM. Simply click on "Log In to My NCL" (top right of any page) to access all of your important pre-cruise information, complete your Online Check-In, reserve Shore Excursions, upgrade beverage plans or Wi-Fi.
