- Required ID for Kids
- To learn exactly what documents your child needs for your itinerary, visit our Travel Documents Hub.
- Traveling with a child that is not your own
- Are you traveling with a grandchild, niece, nephew, or other child that you are not the guardian of? When a minor (age 17 and under) travels without their legal guardian, an accompanying adult must present a notarized form signed by the child’s guardian. This ensures the child has the guardian’s consent to leave the country and participate in release-form activities onboard.
- Different last names
- If your child has a different last name than you, you will need to bring an official supporting document to help explain why the names are different. The supporting document must be the original, or a notarized copy. Some examples of valid supporting documents:
- State, county or province-issued marriage license
- Divorce decree
- Government-issued name change document
- Official adoption paper
One of the best things about cruising is the food! And there will be many dining options available to suit most tastes and preferences. However you are free to bring non-perishable prepackaged food in limited quantities.
While we have many drink offerings onboard, you are welcomed to bring select beverages onboard.
On embarkation day, each guest of drinking age may bring one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Guests who purchase alcohol bottles onboard, in a port-of-call, or bring more than the one permitted bottle on boarding day, will have their items safely stored by the ship. These bottles will be returned on the last day onboard for enjoyment once home. For more on our Corkage policy click here.
For consecutive sailings, guests of drinking age are allowed to bring one (1) 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne for each individual sailing. Additional bottles will be stored by the ship and delivered, one bottle at a time, to the stateroom on the first day of each new voyage. Guests bringing more than one bottle at the start of the first sailing should have documentation for any consecutive sailings available to share with security.
Alcoholic beverages (beer, seltzer or hard liquor) seized on embarkation day will not be returned.
Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.
Guests should arrive at the terminal within the arrival time slot selected during Royal App check-in. Your selected boarding time is listed on your mobile boarding pass—please plan to arrive at that time. Guests who arrive early will not be able to begin boarding, and those who arrive late may need to wait until we are able to accommodate them in a later group.
Guests are encouraged to complete check-in in the Royal App at least 3 days prior to their cruise. If check-in is not completed in advance, it must be finalized at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time.
Please note: Plan your arrival and boarding around your selected time in the app. All guests must be fully checked in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to port operations closing, or you will not be permitted to sail.
As this sailing is a private charter, the guest registration list has not yet been submitted to Royal Caribbean. As a result, your reservation may not yet appear in your Royal Caribbean account or the Royal Caribbean app.
Once the registration list has been provided to Royal Caribbean, your booking information will become available. Please expect to see your cruise details in your account approximately 30–45 days prior to the event.
