Preferred Partner Directory

Thank you for participating in InteleTravel.com’s Preferred Partner Program. An important part of your media plan is a high-impact placement in our Preferred Partner Directory, part of our new Agent Welcome Kit, and distributed to all existing Agents. Your brand has secured a two-page spread – see the sample below. Please complete this form to provide the content for your placement.

1. Main Photo

Will run across the top of left page as shown in example. This should be iconic for your brand, for example: one of your cruise ships or hotels or destinations, showing your brand logo or name if possible. Do not use logo art alone in this space.

Specifications: 300dpi CMYK TIF, PSD or JPG at least 6 inches wide. Landscape orientation.

2. Additional Photo (Optional)

Right hand page, right margin. This image should provide more detail about your brand, for example an interior shot of a public area, room/cabin, restaurant, or customer experience of some kind. Do not use logo art.

Specifications: 300dpi CMYK TIF, PSD or JPG. Optional orientation.

3. Logo

Bottom of each page. Transparent background. Please don’t assume that we have your logo.

Specifications: Illustrator/EPS file with fonts converted to outlines. Alternatively you can submit a 300dpi CMYK image in the following formats: TIF, PSD or JPG.

Form Requirements

  • Complete all fields carefully.
  • The copy you submit will be printed “as-is”. Proof reading is your responsibility.
  • We recommend you enlist the support of your marketing department to ensure a clear message, consistent with your brands’ other marketing, and of the best possible quality.
  • This material will be hard-copy, offset printed (full color) and in effect for one year
  • All profiles will follow a strict format with no deviation allowed.
  • Directory will be a 4-color professionally bound 6” x 8”. book Approx 50+ pages.

File Requirements

  • Please submit logos in vector format (.eps, .svg) 
  • Please submit photos at 300 dpi in .tiff, .jpg or .psd format.
  • Photos should be CMYK format for print.
  • If art is not uploaded, previous art will be used.
  • If logo is not uploaded, previous logo will be used.
