3-Step Guide to Making
a Qualified Referral
1 - WATCH THE INTRODUCTORY VIDEOS
Refer to the Referral Tool Kit below and familiarize yourself with the M.I.C.E. industry, MGME, how to make a business introduction and language to use when pitching a prospect for referral.
2 - QUALIFY YOUR REFERRAL
This opportunity is not for all group travel such as destination weddings, girls' weekends, or family reunions. Those clients may be better served by the hotel or cruise line groups department. Start with your family, friends and existing customers that you know work for companies that produce events and have an event budget of at least $100,000 or more to qualify.
3- FILL OUT THE REFERRAL FORM
Once you have all the important information on your lead, fill out the online referral form. If the event is something MGME can proudly service for you, they will contact you to get more information on your lead, how they can help, and the explain next steps.
